bandz is a guide to discovering live music in your city. It works as a catalog of shows, artists, and venues, helping you find what matches your music taste. bandz does not sell tickets or organize shows. We are a live music radar.

You can create an account using Apple, Google, Facebook, or phone. You can also browse anonymously with limited features. Just download the app and pick your preferred login method.

At the start, before sign-up, you pick your styles and your go-to spots. On iPhone, Apple Music can check your styles for you. Then just follow the artists and places you like. The more you pick and follow, the better your show suggestions get.

We recommend enabling location to receive nearby show suggestions. bandz only uses approximate location (city or region) and only when you allow it.

The home feed works similarly to streaming platforms. You'll see sections like 'Shows near you', 'Based on what you like', 'Shows from artists you follow', and 'For rock lovers'. Suggestions are based on music taste, proximity, and followed artists.

Use the search bar to find shows by artist name, venue, music genre, or neighborhood. You can also filter by date, proximity, and genre.

The show page has the artist image, description, time, address, social links, and navigation links (Google Maps, Waze). It also lists upcoming shows from the venue and artist.

bandz generates visual cards ready for social media (Instagram, WhatsApp). Links use deep linking, so recipients open directly to the show inside the app.

On any artist or venue page, tap the 'Follow' button. You'll receive notifications when they publish new shows.

On the show page, tap the 'Favorite' button. The show goes to My favorites and, with notifications on, you get a reminder on show day. Adding it to your calendar is optional: use the calendar icon next to the share button.

You can get alerts for new shows from the artists and venues you follow, a reminder on the day of shows you favorited, and an alert if one of them changes or gets cancelled. All notifications are relevant to your taste.

In Profile, under 'Permissions', you can turn notifications on or open your phone's settings to turn them off. On Android, you can turn off just some types there, like show recommendations. On iPhone, settings turn them all on or off at once.

No. You pick your styles in a few taps. On iPhone, if you listen on Apple Music, we can pick them from what you play. Song and artist names never reach bandz.

On iPhone, tap 'Use my Apple Music' on the 'What's your style?' screen at the start. The app reads the songs you played recently and the ones in your library, up to 80, and checks your strongest styles. Only the count of styles and your account's country reach bandz. Right there, 'Undo' deletes it, and you can turn it off anytime in your iPhone Settings.

Yes. At the start, just tap the styles that move you. Later, change them anytime in Profile, under 'Change favorite styles'. Follow artists and places on their own pages.

We match your styles, the artists and places you follow, and where you are. What you open in the app helps us get it right too.

Yes, always. Artists will have free access to bandz, now and in the future. This is a core principle of bandz: supporting local music.

Contact us or, when available, create your profile directly in the app. Complete it with genres, description, social media, and Spotify link to maximize your visibility.

Your shows appear in the feed of users who enjoy your style and your followers. The more complete your profile and the more shows listed, the greater your visibility on bandz.

Keep your profile complete and updated. In the future, bandz will have a marketplace where venues can search for artists by style, availability, and rating.

Once your profile is active, you can create shows directly on bandz. Each show appears in the feed of users with compatible music taste.

Currently all features are free. In the future, we may offer premium features like advanced analytics, Instagram templates, and app highlights, but creating shows will always be free.

Yes. Artists, venues, and organizers can request correction, update, or removal of their profile at any time by emailing juridico@bandz.com.br. We respond within 5 business days.

In Profile, under 'Change favorite styles' and 'Change favorite places', anytime. To unfollow an artist or place, go to their page.

In the app: Profile, Delete account. Without the app: bandz.com.br/en/delete-account, where you confirm by e-mail. Deletion happens in 30 days and you can cancel by signing back in.

No. bandz does not sell personal data and never will. We use your data only to run the app and personalise what you see. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users between 16 and 18 should use the service with their legal guardian's awareness. Use by anyone under 13 is prohibited.

Check your internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check for available updates on the App Store or Google Play.

In Profile, under 'Permissions', check that notifications are on. If they're not, the button there turns them on or opens your phone's settings. On Android, also check that no type was turned off there.

Apple Music only shows up on iPhone, at the start, on the 'What's your style?' screen. If you declined access, you can allow it in your iPhone Settings. If we can't find enough music, just pick your styles on the same screen. After sign-up it no longer shows up, and you change your styles in Profile, under 'Change favorite styles'.

Check if bandz has location permission in your device settings. bandz needs 'While Using the App' permission to recommend nearby shows.

Try using a different authentication method (Apple, Google, Facebook, or phone). If you already had an account with another method, contact contato@bandz.com.br to merge your access.

bandz is not just an app for shows. It's the live music radar, a cultural community, and the infrastructure for local music. We connect your music taste with real shows, local artists, and venues in your city.

We're starting in Campinas, SP. Expansion to Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, and Rio de Janeiro is planned for upcoming phases. Each city's local music will be carefully mapped.

The app is free and will remain so for essential features. In the future, we may offer premium features for venues (analytics, highlights). Artists will always have free access. Beta users will get exclusive perks.
